About Us

Our Story

Nottingham Garden Club is a community-focused garden club located in Yardville, New Jersey, dedicated to individuals who enjoy growing annual and perennial flowers. We are committed to creating exceptional outdoor spaces that enrich lives and inspire. Our club specializes in bespoke garden designs that combine beauty, functionality, and sustainability, catering to both residential and community projects.

Our philosophy is rooted in the commitment to create gardens that respect nature. We strive to exceed expectations by incorporating innovative design principles that harmonize with the environment. By blending artistry with ecological responsibility, we aim to cultivate spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable for generations to come.

Our Mission

The Nottingham Garden Club is committed to promoting the role that plant and animal life play in sustaining a healthy environment. Through speakers, local beautification efforts and environmental initiatives, we inspire awareness in ourselves and in our community as we work toward these goals.

Understanding the importance of caring for our planet, we need to include our youth. With that vision, we are funding local youth programs in our area.

We are hoping that these young nature enthusiasts will become the future protectors of our air, water and land.

Who Joins a Garden Club?

By: Trish Polunas

The kind of person who joins a garden club

Is alert for new growth and blossoms every spring

Kept secret in the garden each winter.

Seeing color, shape and balance in design and nature,

Liking the touch, smell and sight of flowers and trees

While chatting with flying and crawling pollinators,

Digging and planting, pruning, weeding, watering and waiting.

The kind of person joining Nottingham Garden Club

Established pieces of heaven-on-earth in places

Outside, or inside, and happily joins gardening friends

Throughout the seasons, anticipating what comes next!
